Aminoalkyl glucosamine phosphate compounds that are auxiliary and immune effector are described and claimed. The compounds have a 2-deoxy-2-amino glucose in glycosidic bond with an aminoalkyl group (aglycone) Compounds are phosphorylated at carbon 4 or 6 on the glucosamine ring and comprise three residues of 3-alkanoyloxyalkanoyl The compounds increase antibody production in animals immunized as well as stimulate the production of cytokine and activated macrophages, and methods for using the compounds as auxiliaries and immune effectors are also revealed.
