abstract Invention Patent: <B> "PROCESS FOR DISINFECTING INSTRUMENTS" <D>. It is a disinfection process with the aid of aqueous peroxide preparations, which are prepared by the fact that initially in an alkaline medium, hydrogen peroxide or a hydrogen peroxide supplier is reacted with an N-acyl compound and this alkaline solution. it is then adjusted in a second step to a PH value in the range of 7 to 9. In the solution of active substance obtained in this way, which has an extraordinarily wide spectrum of effect with effect also against mycobacteria, the instruments are introduced for disinfection.
