titleOfInvention Process for the production of dry food for fish and seafood.
abstract "PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF DRY FOOD FOR FISH AND SHELLFISH". In a process for the production of dry food for fish or seafood (crustaceans), based on raw material from fresh fish, vegetable carbohydrate products together with other additives are added to give a carbohydrate content in the produced food, at least minus 5% during food production. During all stages of the process until the formation of food pellets, the water content is higher than 10%. The dry food produced contains 25 to 60% protein, 10 to 40% fat and 5 to 25% carbohydrate. The food contains 25 to 60% fish protein, while the fat in the form of fish oil is up to 40%.
