"AUTOMATICALLY REPLICABLE RECOMBINANT DNA IN CELLS OF CHORINEFORM BACTERIA, CHORINEFORM BACTERIA HOUSING AN ASPARTOKINASE, PROCESS TO PRODUCE L-SMOOTH, DNA, AND, PVK7 VECTOR". A chorineform bacterium harboring an aspartokinase in which the inhibition of feedback by L-lysine and L-threonine is substantially desensitized, and comprising an improved DNA sequence encoding dihydrodipicolinate reductase, an enhanced DNA sequence encoding di-reductase hydropicolinate, an improved DNA sequence coding for dihydropicolinate synthase, an improved DNA sequence coding for diaminopimelate decarboxylase, and an improved DNA sequence coding for aspartate aminotransferase, a process for producing L-lysine comprising the steps of growing the chorineform bacteria in an appropriate means to allow L-lysine to be produced and accumulated in a culture of the bacterium, and to collect L-lysine from the culture; and recombinant DNA usable for the production of chorineform bacteria. |
