titleOfInvention Method for producing purified hbsag for vaccine preparation and recombinant vaccine against type b hepatitis
abstract '' METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PURIFIED HBsAg FOR PREPARATION OF VACCINE AND RECOMBINANT VACCINE AGAINST TYPE B HEPATITIS '' The present invention deals with a method for the production of recombinant vaccine against hepatitis B, through specific stages of cultivation of the Hansenula yeast Polymorpha, recombinant strain DL-dU, transformed by plasmid pH-HBs, to express the surface antigen of hepatitis B virus HBsAg, with high yield and purity, in the aforementioned Hansenula polymorpha yeast, cultivated at low temperatures, feedback / induction in methanol pulses, cell culture and rupture, clarification, diafiltration and precipitation of impurities, including additional steps of ion exchange chromatography, centrifugation in KBr gradient density, gel filtration and electrophoresis to prove the HBsAg purity.
