titleOfInvention Exfoliating composition and process to remove dead or unwanted cells from the scalp or skin surface and use, as an exfoliating material, in a cosmetic composition, a particulate material
abstract Invention Patent "EXFOLIATING COMPOSITION AND PROCESS TO REMOVE DEAD OR UNWANTED CELLS FROM THE SURFACE OF HAIRY LEATHER OR SKIN AND USE, AS AN EXFOLIATING MATERIAL, IN A COSMETIC COMPOSITION OF A PARTICULAR MATERIAL". An exfoliating cosmetic composition includes a solid, insoluble exfoliating material, the particles of which are friable under conditions of use of the composition. A suitable exfoliating material is a particular agglomerated thickening silica. The composition is particularly usable for scalp and hair treatment, where due to the friability of the material, there is no undesirable residual roughness.
