| abstract | "MICROPROCESSED DIGITAL COUNTER UP02". 04 digit digital <B> countdown <B> counter, used in the textile industry, in spinning machines, conveyor belts, roulette wheel entrances, counting the passage of personal and related objects. In its specifications it is differentiated from the other models because it has in its box, a magnetic sensor of high sensitivity for counting applications by passing a magnetic element in front of it (3); internal programming memory with automatic return after totaling the event, input for external sensor such as infrared, visible light, limit switches, NA micro-switches, movement and passage sensors. It basically consists in its visual aspect of a panel arranged with the following items as related: fig. 1: 04 digit numeric display (1), internal and external sensor indicator LED (2) internal magnetic sensor (3), memory indicator LED (4), <B> START / STOP <D> key (5), <B> MEMO <D> key (6), <B> RST <D> key (7), <B> SEL <D> key (8), <B> SET <D> key (9). Also arranged at the rear of the box (16) are the following items in fig. 3: counter fixing screws (11), when it is fixed on the equipment to be controlled, housing cover fixing screws (12), input / output connector fixing screws (13), external inlets and outlets (14), - side of the clamping screws -. Also indicated are the components present in the box in its parts; right side fig. 2, bottom part fig. 4 namely: fig. 2, meter on / off switch (10), fig. 4: external input and output connector (14), connector pin identification label (15), and meter box (16). |
