abstract | Device for use on a wave bioreactor platform whose objective is to modify the shape of the disposable device and, thus, change the flow of fluid contained in the disposable device. Such fluid flow change is made by raising the sides - verticalization - of the disposable device through the support. Changing the format of the disposable device, through the use of a support, inhibits the formation of dune-like deposits, which enables the use of the wave bioreactor in bioprocesses such as, for example, the cultivation of stem cells. |
