| abstract | DISPOSITION INTRODUCED IN COFFEE PULPER. The present utility model patent application has the objective of a practical and innovative, equipment, coffee pulper, belonging to the field of agricultural implements; equipment for the same purpose known from the state of the art, which do not use water in the process, have a low productivity, due to the difficulty of driving the coffee into the channels arranged on the perimeter of the rotating cylinder that makes the pulping, since the water was the predominant agent in this process; in order to solve these inconveniences, the object of the present patent application was developed, which comprises a machinery consisting of a rotating cylinder (2), equipped with protuberances (3), which has multiple channels (4) around it; wherein in the flat upper portion of the rotating cylinder (2) there is a central driving cone (5), which is surrounded by a fairing (6) in the form of a frusto-cone, followed above by the feed hopper (7), and at the base of the conduction cone (5) and next to each channel entrance there is a fin (8), similar to a propeller blade, with a large leading edge. |
