Compounds described by Formula I are provided: (I) wherein: R 1 is a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched aliphatic group having from 5 to 22 carbon atoms; R2 is selected from the group consisting of the functional groups: -NH2; and salts thereof; n is from 0 to 4; and R3 is a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched aliphatic group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms.
