ENRICHED FLAVORING COMPOSITION. The present invention relates to a method of preparing a flavor composition, typically a dehydrated, dealcoholized flavor composition, by reducing or removing water and ethanol from a high-alcohol flavor composition, the method comprising the steps of treating the strong alcohol flavor composition by a dehydration process and dealcoholization process, as well as flavor compositions obtainable by that method, flavored consumer products comprising the same, and methods and uses thereof. |
