titleOfInvention Method for adjusting glucose concentration to a target value during mammalian cell culture
abstract method for adjusting glucose concentration to a target value during mammalian cell culture. High-yield cropping systems are used in pharmaceutical research and development. in this connection, samples are collected and analyzed for important parameters using external analysis. the analysis results serve to evaluate the cultivation process and provide important information about the process. especially with cultures performed in parallel, the manual effort of sample preparation is great and can lead to errors. in order to avoid the need for sampling and thus minimize errors, a method is described in the present patent application which makes the desired target parameters accessible in the form of soft sensors through previously recorded process variables. described herein is a method for determining process-relevant parameters in cho (Chinese hamster ovary) processes in high throughput cultures, in particular glucose, lactate and the density of live cells or the volume of live cells.
