powdered food containing edible plant, and food/drink containing the same. the present invention relates to a powdered foodstuff comprising an edible plant and satisfying the following characteristics (1) to (3): (1) the powdered foodstuff has an insoluble dietary fiber content of 1.0% by mass or more based on dry mass; (2) the powdered food has a specific surface area per unit volume after ultrasonication of 0.02 m2/ml or more; and (3) the powdered food has a 2-pentylfuran content of 1 ppb or more and 50,000 ppb or less. |
