abstract GRAIN ELECTRIC STEEL SHEETnORIENTED AND METHOD TO MANUFACTURE A GRAIN ELECTRIC STEEL SHEETnORIENTED.nThis grain oriented electrical steel sheet does not have a coatingninorganic material with forsterite as a main component thereof, the sheetn grain oriented electrical steel which is provided with a steel plate ofn base having a predetermined chemical component, an oxide layerncontaining silica provided on the base steel sheet, a layer ofniron-based oxide provided over the silica-containing oxide layer, andn a voltage insulating coating which is provided over the layer ofn oxide containing silica, and an insulating coating that givesnvoltage which is provided on the iron-based oxide layer, and which hasna thickness of 1 to 3 µm and has phosphate and colloidal silica asnmain components thereof. When the elementary analysis bynglow discharge optical emission spectrometry is performed in then sheet thickness direction of coating surfaceninsulation that imparts voltage, the peak emission intensity of Sinsatisfies a predetermined condition.
