COMPOSITION OF SOLID PASTE FOR HEAT COOKING INCLUDING GRAIN OF LEGUMINOUS, GRINDED COMPOSITION, AGGLOMERATED COMPOSITION GROUNDED, METHOD FOR PRODUCING IT AND METHOD FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF IT. A solid cooking paste composition that contains beans and satisfies all of the following (1) to (4). (1) Contain 3% by mass or greater, on a dry mass basis, of an insoluble dietary fiber. (2) Contain 10% by mass or greater, on a dry mass basis, of a starch. (3) Contain 4% by mass or greater, on a dry mass basis, of a protein. (4) After isothermally treating the slurry composition in 40 times more water at 90°C for 5 minutes, the water mist value being 25% or less. |
