high affinity antibodies to pd-1 and lag-3 and bispecific binding proteins produced from them. these are high-affinity antibodies that recognize the programmed death ligand 1 (pd-1) and the lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein (lag-3). binding sites of humanized anti-pd-1 and anti-lag-3 antibodies are incorporated into a fabs-in-tandem immunoglobulin format without significant loss of binding affinity, and the resulting bispecific multivalent binding proteins have the ability to connect both pd-1 and lag-3 simultaneously. these bispecific fit-ig-binding proteins are useful for cancer treatment. |
