METHODS FOR TRACKING AN INDIVIDUAL AS TO THE RISK OF CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE AND A COMPUTER IMPLEMENTED METHOD.nThe present invention relates to a method for screening an individual for the risk of chronic kidney disease (CKD), comprising receiving marker data indicative of a plurality of marker parameters for an individual, such a plurality of marker parameters indicating, for the individual for a measurement period, an age value, a creatinine sample level, and an albumin sample level; and determining a risk factor indicative of the risk of suffering CKD for the individual from the plurality of marker parameters, where the determination comprises: weighting the value of age higher than the level of the albumin sample, and weighting the level of creatinine sample higher than the albumin sample level. In addition, a computer-implemented method for tracking an individual and a method for tracking an individual for the risk of chronic kidney disease (CKD) are provided. |
