the present invention relates to various surgical controllers. a surgical controller is used with a medical imaging device at a remote surgical site in a surgical procedure. the central surgical controller comprises a circuit configured to: receive a live transmission from the surgical site from the medical imaging device; capture an image of a surgical stage of the surgical procedure from the live transmission; derive information relevant to the surgical stage from the data extracted from the image frame; and superimpose the information on the live stream. |
