the present invention discloses a method for the generation of multispecific antibodies by an antibody medium exchange reaction between two 2/3 iggs (2/3-iggs) destabilized in one half by asymmetric disturbing mutations, promoting the generation of bispecific antibodies of total length correctly assembled. the method can be carried out in the absence of reducing agents and does not require disulfide connections in the hinge region at the 2/3 -iggs starting. |
