titleOfInvention adkk extrusion additive manufacturing processes and products
abstract the present invention is directed to the manufacturing processes of additives for extrusion of material, including the manufacture of fused filaments, used to manufacture improved parts, devices and prototypes using polyetherketonketones (pekk) and polyetheretherketones (peek). using the improved processes of the invention, the pekk or peek polymer is readily printed in 3d by fff, so that it crystallizes slowly enough during deposition so that the resulting part remains larger or substantially amorphous during printing and therefore has a low percentage and / or uniform shrinkage by layer and little or no deformation of the base during printing, yet fast enough so that the resulting part crystallizes in post-print processing without substantial loss or any loss of its printed structure.
