abstract |
viruses associated with non-replicating recombinant adenoassociates (raav) are provided having an aav capsid that has packaged in it a vector genome comprising inverted aav terminal repeat sequences and at least one nucleic acid sequence encoding four different immunoglobulin regions ( a), (b), (c) and (d). the immunoglobulins expressed by the raav are useful for providing passive immunization against influenza a and influenza b. compositions containing raav are also described in this document. methods of vaccinating patients against influenza are provided. |
