The present invention relates to an anhydrous antiperspirant composition comprising: (a) at least one suspending agent; (b) at least one polyamide oil thickener; (c) at least one active antiperspirant in a cosmetically acceptable vehicle. The composition controls body odor and perspiration without leaving visible white residue on the skin and / or staining the end user's clothing.
