HIGH CONCENTRATION MIXER FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A PULP SUSPENSION WITH HIGH PULP CONCENTRATION. The present invention relates to a high concentration mixer (1) for producing a suspension (2) with a stationary container (3) and with an agitator (8) arranged on the axis of the container (7), which is connected to a motor through a flange (9) provided in the region of the base of the container (4), whose motor is designed for the rotary drive of the agitator (8) to mix the suspension (2) provided in the container (3), being that the stirrer (8) has helical screws (11), which cause a vertical downward flow (12) of the suspension (2) in the center of the container (3) and a vertical upward flow (13) of the suspension (2) in the wall region of the container, the flange (9) having at least one blade (15) provided on its circumference, which is designed to separate the suspension (2) from the container (3) and to support the vertical upward flow (13) of the suspension (2) in the region of the container wall. |
