cellulose hydrolysis method for biogas production, the present invention relates to a cellulose hydrolysis method which includes contacting a slurry fermentation medium as a carbon source with cellulase obtained locally from bacterial cellulase , until the mean glucose monomer number of the cellulose molecules in the fermentation medium is reduced to a range of 5 to 500. The present invention further provides a high yield and low cost method of recovering biogas from paper sludge. . |
