HARD SURFACE TREATMENT COMPOSITION, PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR FORMING A HYDROPHOBIC COATING ON A SURFACE. The present invention relates to a composition comprising nonionic surfactant and emulsifier-emulsified nonvolatile aminosilicone, wherein the nonvolatile aminosilicone accounts for at least 15% by weight of the total nonvolatile silicones in the composition, the emulsifier is different from the surfactant nonionic, the composition has a pH value of not more than 11.8, and the composition has a pH value of not more than 8 when the non-volatile aminosilicone comprises aminoethylaminopropyl poly(dimethylsiloxane). |
