FORMULATION COMPRISING GENCYTABIN - [PHENYL-BENZOXY - ALANINIL) ] -PHOSPHATE, METHOD OF PREPARATION AND KIT COMPRISING GENCYTABIN - [PHENYL-BENZOXY-L-ALANINIL) ] -PHOSPHATE. The present invention relates to pharmaceutical formulations of gemcitabine-[phenyl-benzoxy-L-alaninyl)]-phosphate, a monophosphate derivative of the well-known oncological drug gemcitabine. In particular, the invention relates to formulations comprising a polar aprotic solvent, preferably dimethylacetamide (DMA). Formulations comprising these solvents are therapeutically effective gemcitabine-[phenyl-benzoxy-L-alaninyl)]-phosphate treatments. The invention also relates to methods of using said formulations and kits comprising said formulations. |
