positively charged implantable materials and method of forming them. implantable materials for use with extremity actuators as devices for surgical stapling and methods for using the same are generally provided. in some embodiments, a staple cartridge assembly for use with a surgical stapler may include a cartridge body having a plurality of staple cavities configured to insert staples therein and an auxiliary material associated with the cartridge so that the auxiliary material is configured to be firmly attached to the cartridge body and configured to be securely attached to the fabric by the clips on the cartridge. the auxiliary material may have positively charged particles so that the auxiliary material is configured to enhance healing in the fabric. other implants, devices and methods for surgical stapling are also presented. |
