ANTIMICROBIAL PARTICLE, PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE ANTIMICROBIAL PARTICLE, COMPOSITION FOR PERSONAL TREATMENT OR CLEANING, METHOD OF DISINFECTION OF A SURFACE, USE OF ANTIMICROBIAL PARTICLE AND USE OF A COMPOSITION. The invention relates to an antimicrobial particle and a composition for use in personal or home care products characterized in that it comprises the same. The invention also relates to the process for preparing the antimicrobial particle. The antimicrobial particle comprises thymol and terpineol incorporated into a caged inorganic silicate or aluminosilicate particle which is coated with a coating material selected from a water soluble alkaline salt or alkaline earth metal salt. |
