PROCESS FOR PREPARING TRIAZINE CARBAMATES The invention relates to a process for preparing triazine carbamate by reacting a mixture of an aminotriazine A having at least two amino groups per molecule, an organic carbonate C which is preferably an acyclic carbonate and a mixture B of bases comprising at least two base metal compounds B1 and B2 individually selected from the group consisting of hydrides, amides, alkoxide and arylalkoxide of metals, wherein the metal in B1 is not the same as the metal in B2. |
