abstract |
process for the separation of acrolein from the process gas of a catalyzed propylene oxygenation. the invention relates to a process for separating acrolein from the process gas of a heterogeneously catalyzed oxidation of propene with oxygen from the air, where products with a high boiling point (among other acrylic acids) are separated from the process gas first through quench and then technical acrolein is obtained with low portions of volatile products (low boiling point). here small amounts of solvent are added to the columns and heat exchangers in the transformation process, with which in particular formed oligomers are separated and the tendency to foam in the equipment or columns is reduced. the solvent is separated and recycled, according to the invention, in situ within the existing process in the form of an organic phase. |
