abstract |
patent abstract: "process for the separation of acrolein from the process gas from a catalyzed propylene oxygenation". The invention relates to a process for separating acrolein from the process gas from a heterogeneously catalyzed propylene oxygen oxidation of air, where high boiling products (among other acrylic acid) are separated from the process gas primarily. by quench and then technical acrolein is obtained with low portions of volatile (low boiling) products. Here small amounts of solvent are added to the columns and heat exchangers in the transformation process, whereby in particular formed oligomers are separated and the tendency to foam on the equipment or columns is reduced. The solvent is separated and recycled according to the invention in situ within the existing process as an organic phase. 1/1 |
