OLIGOSACCHARIDES PRODUCTION PROCESS FROM LIGNOCELLULOSIC BIOMASS. The present invention relates to a process for the production of oligosaccharides from lignocellulosic biomass, comprising at least the following steps: a) the biomass is pre-treated in a pre-treatment reactor (1), in order to supply an effluent containing a pre-treated substrate; b) an enzymatic hydrolysis of the pre-treated substrate contained in the effluent from step a) is carried out in a reactor, in the presence of cellulases, in order to produce a hydrolysis containing glucose, cellulases and water; c) at least a part of the hydrolyzate from step b) comprising a liquid fraction is collected; d) the water content of this part of the hydrolyzate collected in step c) is reduced so that the liquid fraction of the hydrolyzate has a water content of less than 65% by weight in relation to the total weight of the liquid fraction of the hydrolyzate; e) the hydrolyzate from step d) is incubated at a temperature between 40 and 70°C for the time necessary to produce an effluent enriched in oligosaccharides. |
