overview “halogen free flame retardant insulated electrical wire” is a halogen free flame retardant insulated electrical wire having high resistance to hot water and having insulation resistance, flame retardancy, abrasion resistance, and creep resistance thermally balanced. the halogen free flame retardant insulated electrical wire includes a conductor and a halogen free insulating layer that coats the conductor. the insulating layer includes an outer layer composed of a resin composition cross-linked product containing a total of 100 parts by weight of a resin component in which 25 to 30 parts by weight of an ether-based resin polyphenylene and 10 to 30 parts by weight of a styrene-based elastomer are finely dispersed in 40 to 65 parts by weight of a high density polyethylene having a melt flow rate of 0.60 or less, and for the resin component, 5 to 50% by weight of a metal phosphinate, 6 to 25% by weight of a phosphoric acid ester and 1 to 10% by weight of a polyfunctional monomer; and an inner layer composed of a cross-linked polyethylene. an inner layer thickness represents from 10% to 85% of the total inner layer thickness and an outer layer thickness. |
