COMBINATION, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION, KIT, E, USES OF A COMBINATION, AND A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION A novel combination comprising a hairpin-like peptidomimetic ? of the formula cyclo(-Thr-Trp-Ile-Dab-Orn-D Dab-Dab-Trp-Dab-Dab-Ala-Ser-D Pro-Pro) (I), and a compound of the glycylcycline class, especially tigecycline, which allows for the therapeutic control of specific bacterial infections in humans or animals at doses of the individual compounds lower than those of the compounds administered alone. The combination can be used as a medicine to treat, for example, infections of the skin or soft tissue; eye, ear, bloodstream, or intra-abdominal infections; infections related to respiratory disease, bone disease, cardiovascular disease, genitourinary disease, or gastrointestinal disease. |
