culture medium for bacteria of the genus clostridium free of component of animal origin and process for the production of supernatant containing one or more proteases with collagenolytic and gelatinolytic activity. the present invention relates to more than culture and process for the production of proteases with collagenolytic and gelatinolytic activity by bacteria of the genus clostridium. particularly, the present invention relates to the culture medium for c. histolyticum, free of components of animal origin characterized by comprising peptones of non-animal origin, preferably vegetable peptones, yeast extract and the amino acids cysteine and arginine. the present invention also relates to a process for producing a supernatant from a liquid culture of clostridium histolyticum containing one or more proteases with collagenolytic and gelatinolytic activity and pharmaceutical composition comprising as an active ingredient the supernatant or purified supernatant obtained. |
