USE OF A REAGENT FOR QUANTITATIVE DETECTION OF THE LEVEL OF AN ANTIBODY AGAINST HEPATITIS B VIRUS CORE PROTEIN AND USE OF ANTI-HBC IN THE MANUFACTURE OF A KIT. The present invention relates to a method for quantifying the detection of anti-HBc and its use in monitoring the disease progress of patients with chronic hepatitis B and predicting therapeutic effects. By quantifying the detection of antibodies against hepatitis B core protein (anti-HBc), it is able to monitor the disease progress of chronic hepatitis B patients, effectively predicting therapeutic effects in chronic hepatitis B patients who have accepted a therapy. against hepatitis B virus (especially an interferon-based therapy and a nucleoside/nucleotide analogue anti-HBV drug-based therapy), and thus guide patients to reasonably chosen drugs. |
