METHOD FOR REACHING IMPROVED HAIR SENSATION |
abstract |
Summary "Method for Achieving Enhanced Hair Tactile Feeling" is a method for achieving enhanced hair tactile feel. The method comprises applying to the hair a composition comprising: (a) a specific cationic guar gum polymer; (b) a specific cationic copolymer; (c) an anti-dandruff asset; (d) a cosmetically acceptable vehicle; (e) a surfactant; wherein the weight ratio of (a) to the weight of (b) is from about 1000: 1 to about 3.5: 1; and wherein the sum of (a) + (b) is an amount from about 0.0001% to about 0.7% by weight of the total composition. the composition forms coacervate particles upon dilution of the composition with water and the coacervate particles have a flow viscosity under pressure of from about 1 cp to about 100 cp. The percentage of coacervated particles with a flake size greater than about 20 microns is about 1% to about 60%, and the deposition on the scalp of the anti-dandruff active is at least about 1 microgram / cm2. . |
