SURFACE COATING FILM WITH HIGH RESISTANCE FOR DECAPANTS, COMPOSITE STRUCTURE, AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE STRUCTURE OF THE COMPOSITE. The surface coating film is formed by a curable resin composition containing a novolac epoxy resin, a tri-functional or tetra-functional epoxy resin, ceramic microspheres, an amine-based curing agent, particulate inorganic filler; and a hardening component. The surface coating film exhibits high Tg and high cross-linked density after curing, as well as high resistance to pickling solutions. The surface coating film is suitable for curing with fiber-reinforced resin composite materials. The surface coating film can optionally contain electrically conductive additives to provide sufficient conductivity for lightning protection (LSP) or shielding from electromagnetic interference (EMI). |
