fusion polymerization reactor system for the production of a polycarbonate product, method for producing a polycarbonate product and late addition catalyst formulation The present invention provides a fusion polymerization reactor system and method for the production of polycarbonate using a late addition catalyst formulation having a melt transesterification catalyst dispersed in a liquid transport system preferably comprising less than 10 wt% water. The formulation also preferably includes a liquid carrier system which has phenol and a co-solvent.
