Summary process for the preparation of isotope-containing phosphate compound. The present invention provides a process for the easy preparation of an isotope-containing phosphate compound. The process for preparing an isotope-containing phosphate compound according to the present invention includes the step of: oxidizing a trivalent phosphorus compound with an isotope-containing oxidizing agent to synthesize a pentavalent phosphate compound wherein isotope was introduced. The present invention is preferably applied to the synthesis of nucleic acids such as dna and rna, for example. the isotope is preferably a stable isotope. the oxidizing agent is preferably h218 °, 34s 3h -1,2-benzodithiol-3-one 1,1-dioxide, or a 10b-containing diisopropylethylamine borane complex, for example. |
