abstract |
dressing the invention refers to a dressing that consists essentially of the following: an absorbent non-woven compress formed by the following mixture: (i) bicomponent and non-absorbent thermal agglutination fibers, of the core / shell type, the core is formed of polyester ( polyethylene terephthalate, pet) and the shell is made of polyethylene; (ii) bicomponent and superabsorbent fibers of the core / shell type with a core made of polyacrylonitrile and a shell made of polyacrylate; and a canvas fabric made of a mass of hydrocolloid elastomer partially covering the face of the compress intended to come into contact with the wound. the product is specially designed to promote the healing of chronic wounds by optimizing debridement. |
