titleOfInvention catalyst for asymmetric imine hydrogenation, method of synthesis and application thereof
abstract catalyst for asymmetric imine hydrogenation, synthesis method and application thereof The present invention relates to a chiral hydrogenated bis-8-binol bisphosphine compound having the structure shown in formula (i) below, where both R 4 is when R 2 is halogen, H or a C 1-10 aliphatic group; R 3 is H or a C 1-10 aliphatic group; R 4 is halogen, amino, nitro, h, a c 1-1-c ~ 10-aliphatic group or a c 1-1-c ~ 10-aliphatic group or a c 1-1-c ~ 10 ~ group aromatic; ex is phenyl, substituted phenyl, cyclohexyl, substituted cyclohexyl, a C 6 -C 8 aromatic group, or a C 6 -C 8 aromatic heterocyclic group containing one or more heteroatoms selected from n, s, o. The present invention further provides a catalyst for an asymmetric catalytic hydrogenation reaction containing the compound, where the catalyst can produce over 90% anantiomers and efficiency with the largest 100,000 turnover number in the asymmetric imine hydrogenation reaction.
