abstract | Patent Summary: "Methods for the Production of Agrochemical Granules". The present invention provides a method for producing agrochemical granules containing an active agrochemical ingredient, one or more types of hydrophobic substances and a substance capable of absorbing oil of stable quality. The method for producing agrochemical granules of the present invention includes (i) a step for obtaining a mixture by mixing an active agrochemical ingredient, one or more types of hydrophobic substances and an oil-absorbing substance, (ii) a step obtaining a kneaded material by loading an active agrochemical ingredient, one or more types of hydrophobic substances and a substance capable of absorbing oil in a kneading device by kneading them at a heating temperature equal to or greater than the melting point hydrophobic substances, and then causing the material to be discharged from the kneading device to a temperature at or below the highest melting point of the hydrophobic substances and (iii) a granulation step of the kneaded material. obtained by an extrusion molding method. |
