abstract A method of preparing a stimulation composite the present invention deals with a stimulation material that is partially bonded to a pressure sensitive adhesive to form a stimulation combination. the stimulation combination, with or without pressure sensitive adhesive, can be juxtaposed between two substrates to form a stimulation composite. when a pressure sensitive adhesive is present within the stimulation composite, there will be regions of the adhesive that will not contain a significant amount of stimulation material. by arrangement of the stimulation combination regions with respect to the pressure sensitive adhesive regions, a pattern defined by the stimulation combination is formed. this pattern can deliver a stimulation effect, which is at least as effective as using a hundred percent stimulation combination within the stimulation composite, is no longer effective. the stimulation composite can be cut into a variety of bandage formats for use in personal care articles.
