RARE TERRACE CATALYST OF HOMOGENEAL PHASE BASED ON NEODYME AND USE OF THE SAME A rare earthly catalyst of homogeneous phase based on neodymium, and the rare earth catalyst of homogeneous phase based on neodymium is prepared by a process comprising the steps of: in an inert solvent, prepare a mixing solution containing a component a neodymium carboxylate compound, a compound containing component b and a conjugated diene component d; 2) add an organo-aluminum compound b to the mixture obtained from step 1) to obtain said rare earth homogeneous catalyst based on neodymium, in which said organo-aluminum compound is selected from an alkyl aluminum of a general formula AIR3 and an alkyl aluminum hydride of a general formula AIHR2 where R is a straight or branched C1-C6 alkyl group; the molar ratio of each catalyst component in the catalyst is 1: 5-30: 2-10: 35-65 from a: b: c: d.
