cationic lipid, linp composition, and use of a cationic lipid. The present invention provides novel cationic lipids which may be used in combination with other lipid components, such as cholesterol and peg-lipids, to form lipid nanoparticles with oligonucleotides. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cationic lipid support that demonstrates improved efficiency associated with less liver toxicity due to lower liver lipid levels. The present invention employs low molecular weight cationic lipids with a short lipid chain to improve the efficiency and tolerability of in vivo distribution of rnasi. |
