titleOfInvention | insertion tool for helical coil insert without spike |
abstract | insertion tool for a helical coil insert without a spike is provided a helical coil insertion tool without a spike, which has a simpler structure when compared to a conventional tool, which is also simply manufactured and assembled, therefore its maintenance cost that can be reduced and in addition to the excellent operability. the helical coil insert tool without spigot (1) comprises: a mandrel (43), at the end of its monos forming a coiled geometric axis (45), in order to insert a helical coil insert without spigot (100 ) on a workpiece; and a pivot nail provided with a nail part (81) fitted with a slit (101) of an end coil part of the helical coil insert (100) screwed with the coiled geometric axis (45). the pivot nail (80) has an elastic connecting member (83), one end being fixed to a pivot nail fixing groove (71) and the other end being fixed to the nail part (81). the elastic connecting member (83) presses the nail part (81) in the outer radial direction of the coiled geometric axis (45), so that a hook part (90), formed in the nail part (81), is engaged with the slot (101) of the helical coil insert without spike (100) in an elastic recovery mode. |
