abstract promotion composition of adiponectin production. a composition is exposed which can accelerate, is not problematic in terms of safety issues, such as side effects or toxicity, and which can be administered orally. the adiponectin production accelerating composition, which has the effect of accelerating adiponectin production, contains salmon bed extract, beer yeast extract, bird collagen and mineral-containing yeast. it is preferable that the salmon-bed extract contains components of low molecular weight broken down in the form of oligonucleotides and oligopeptides, by treating the salmon bed with enzyme. it is preferable that the brewer's yeast extract contains 50-80% RNA. it is preferable that the mineral-containing yeast contains 0.01 - 0.02% selenium, 0.3-0.5% copper, and 2-3% zinc in dry yeast. in addition, it is preferable that 16-17 parts by weight of beer yeast extract, 33-34 parts by weight of bird collagen and 22-23 parts by weight of mineral-containing yeast are included per 100 parts, by weight, of the salmon bed extract.
