abstract adjuvant for the preparation of vaccine compositions for the prevention of coccidiosis. The invention relates to a vaccine adjuvant which, based on 100% by weight thereof, comprises between 10 and 95% of a mineral oil, containing: between 0.05% by weight and 10% by weight of hydrocarbon chains having less than 16 carbon atoms and between 0.05 mass and 5 mass% of hydrocarbon chains having more than 28 carbon atoms. furthermore, said adjuvant has a ratio of p / n, corresponding to the ratio between the mass quantity of paraffinic hydrocarbon chains to the mass quantity of naphthenic hydrocarbon chains, between 2.5 and 3, said adjuvant being intended for production of a vaccine composition to prevent coccidiosis.
