abstract | Pork, method of increasing the concentration of vitamin E thereof, method of improving the quality thereof, method of production of pork, pork feeding, feed for enrichment of pork with vitamin E feeding to improve the quality of pork. The present invention relates to a pork feed containing no less than 0.002% by weight of coenzyme q10, and a method of increasing the vitamin E concentration of pork, or a method of improving meat quality, and a method of producing pork with increased vitamin E concentration, and pork with increased vitamin E concentration, each of which includes reproduction of a pig in the diet. the feed is preferably fed for at least one week prior to slaughter. In accordance with the present invention, improved meat quality pork containing no less than 1mg vitamin E in 100g fat portion of pork may be obtained. |
